Implementation Coordinator

myCOI is an industry-leading and rapidly growing software company in the commercial insurance industry. The right candidate will have a passion for working closely with clients, internal development and account managers to ensure each account set up is executed timely and accurately. This position will be responsible for managing projects from beginning to end of the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships
  • Manage implementation schedules in collaboration with client and internal teams
  • Educate client on technical requirements and features, partnering to deliver optimal solution
  • Create and modify various office and system-related documents using Microsoft Office suite and myCOI Central necessary for successful client implementation
  • Act as client advocate and the “go to” point of contact for new clients regarding software and process related questions and concerns
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
  • Work alongside Senior team members to support large client initiatives

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation, project management or similar role
  • Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service-oriented attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
  • Possess an understanding of hardware, software applications, operating systems and networks
