You will be auditing the incoming Certificates of Insurance, reporting compliance to agents and clients, and calling Insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations.
- Experience in commercial insurance is required
- Working with a professional and family-oriented team
- Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our client’s contract requirements
- Following up with Insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations
- Act as a liaison between agents and our clients
- Provide detailed and accurate review
- Learn and utilize company’s technology
- Answer client inquiries about compliance matters
- Follow established review process
- Perform client account review
Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required.
