Implementation Coordinator

As a result of the continued demand for our products and services, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Implementation Coordinator. A driven, collaborative and project oriented individual who has a passion for successfully connecting, guiding and managing new clients will thrive in this role. In order to achieve success in this role, it is essential to effectively, accurately and timely lead a client through the implementation lifecycle and into the myCOI program. Ultimately, this role is responsible for building a positive business relationship with clients, completing a successful on-boarding experience for clients, and delivering results that meet the established expectations. Each day will be different from the next; especially in personal interactions. Our business is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going simultaneously. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others.

Responsibilities & Duties :

This full-time Customer Service Representative position includes:

  • Develops and nurtures strong client relationships
  • Manages implementation schedules in collaboration with client and internal teams
  • Educates client on technical requirements and features
  • Partners with key individuals to deliver optimal solution
  • Creates and modifies various office and system-related documents using Microsoft Office suite and myCOI Central
  • Acts as client advocate and the “go to” point of contact for new clients regarding software and process related questions and concerns
  • Works alongside senior team members to support large client initiatives
  • Performs all other related duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation, project management or similar role
  • Consultative and collaborative approach
  • Intermediate or expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive service-oriented attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
  • Possess an understanding of hardware, software applications, operating systems and networks
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and able to adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred
